About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our Traffic Allocation team as a Traffic Optimization Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing in-app traffic resources, exploring new traffic opportunities, analyzing data and monitoring impact, and collaborating across teams to align on resource usage and coordinate experiments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles
* Highly analytical and data-driven skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
* Capability of managing multiple priorities, working autonomously, and thriving in a fast-changing environment
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working with PMs, operations, and technical teams
* An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder management ability
Language requirement: Fluent in English
