Job Description:
* Work closely with local business teams to understand business objectives and IT requirements
* Develop strong relationships with business partners and other external parties
* Act as a liaison between Corporate IT and different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services
* Dive deep into local IT operations and have a profound understanding of their environments
* Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure business objectives are accomplished
* Partner with other teams to initiate and execute strategic improvement initiatives to drive organizational change management
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Sciences or information technology-related.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
* Experience developing and enforcing standards, policies, and procedures
* Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and good time management
* Engagement capabilities to manage stakeholder and internal and/ or external partners
* Good leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively to manage operational activities
* Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure the progression for operational issues/ projects
* Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment with clear strategic mindset of processes
* Technical skills/background in network/system is an added advantage
* An excellent command of both spoken and written English.
