Interns will assist with customer experience activities and support the operational needs of the company.ResponsibilitiesAssistant in organizing aircraft delivery events and customer visits.Support with satisfaction surveys, data analysis, report creation, and dashboard development.Assist in the management of the HBITJ and HBSP client rooms, including governance, supply coordination, and improvement initiatives.Perform other administrative activities within the area as required.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.Intermediate proficiency in English.Available to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least one year.Demonstrated interest in learning and development.Internal candidates should review the relevant policy.BenefitsInternship stipend.Company restaurant.Corporate transportation.Life insurance.Health insurance.
