About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Account Growth Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving existing client relationships within your assigned territory. This includes managing API Wholesale Online and API Retail Offline partnerships as well as WebShopping Account clients.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, fostering account growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for acquiring new key accounts within your assigned territory.
A critical aspect of this role is conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Additionally, you will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
Effective communication and collaboration with product development teams are essential to providing feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Finally, staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities is crucial to proactively identifying potential threats and opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. Five years of experience in account management or related field preferred.
