Senior Design Leader
The Senior Design Leader will define and own the design strategy for our marketplace, supplier tools, and customer experience. They will oversee end-to-end design for web and mobile, including UX flows, UI systems, and visual identity.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who has shipped real products, possesses an AI-forward mindset, and is comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and iteration.
* User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) design skills (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)
* Strong UX research and prototyping capabilities
* Design systems and component libraries expertise
* Understanding of modern frontend frameworks (bonus: Flutter, React)
* Experience designing for AI interactions (chat, agents, workflows)
