At TCS, we are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Technical Cutover Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless transition from existing systems to our SAP S/4HANA platform.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project. This includes ensuring technical landscape readiness, completing remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and localizing SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
You will work closely with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence. Your goal is to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete all technical activities
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
