In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing a strong finance strategy within the Zone/Franchise to drive growth and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a _Finance Director for ARTDs __in South Zone_ to act as an intrapreneur to build and lead a “start-up” in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company. What You’ll Do For Us - Manage ARTD co-owned brands: budget, price and performance management (PPM). - Support end-to-end ARTD business planning. - Partner with ARTD Finance Operations Lead to support Franchise team and bottlers activities with financial expertise at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities. - Manage all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise. - Develop and implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain. - Revenue Growth Management. Qualification and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related. An MBA or related master’s degree is nice to have. - 7 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles. - Ability to work in a complex and matrixed network across Latin America - Ability to understand and anticipate the impacts of business strategies across the Coca-Cola system. - Strong communication skills (storytelling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation and ability to partner and influence effectively with stakeholders. - Must be fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
