We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect/Developer to collaborate remotely with our biggest customer in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and implement major Viva components that meet customer needs.
* Integrate Viva with relevant technologies to enhance functionality and performance.
* Deliver proactive services and workshops to premier enterprise customers in Brazil using Microsoft Teams and Viva.
* Develop expertise in Teams Telephony and app development.
* Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent/native Portuguese written and oral communication.
* Technical Skills: Design and development experience in major Viva components.
* Integration Experience: Experience in integrating Viva with relevant technologies.
* Teams Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in Teams Telephony and app development.
* Customer Management: Experience in customer and stakeholder management.
