Responsibilities The Visual Arts / Drama Trainee will be responsible for supporting the Teacher and the Pedagogical Coordinator in classroom activities and school projects. Main duties include: Assisting in student guidance, preparation and organization of materials, and classroom environment. Supporting lesson delivery and adapting activities for students with special educational needs. Collaborating in the implementation of pedagogical projects and decoration of school spaces. Supervising students during meals, breaks, and other activities, ensuring safety and well-being. Observing and recording student behaviors and activities, reporting relevant information to the teacher. Attending meetings, training sessions, and following Red House’s institutional guidelines. Provide classroom support to the Visual Arts Teacher by assisting with lesson delivery, preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and supporting student learning, including Special Education Needs students. Ensure student safety and supervision during classes, breaks, and school activities. Support classroom management in the teacher’s absence, assist with pedagogical projects and school displays, and document student activities when required. Collaborate with the pedagogical coordinator and school team, attend meetings and training sessions, and follow the school’s policies and guidelines.
