This pivotal role involves making hands-on architectural decisions to develop and evolve ServiceNow as the "IT ERP". The expert will guide external partners in development and application management while directly contributing to configuration, development, and administration tasks within the platform.
The expert will ensure that platform design adheres to best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt by prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities include making hands-on architectural decisions, supervising external partners, performing configuration and development tasks, and investigating and advising on module usage and integrations. Additionally, they will provide training to end-users, technical staff, and architects.
