Position - Automation Tester - Data Lake Job Type - Contract Location - Remote Experience Level: 5-8 years Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience Level: 5-8 years Roles & Responsibilities: - Having Excellent Communication skills, to directly interact with the client team or Business teams - Understand the use of the software as per the business specifications - Support project teams in the end-to-end system integration test - Analyze requirements and create new test cases. - Maintain existing test suites (manual & automation) - Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product - Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly - Create a Summary report for each test procedure - Defect Tracking - Communicating with the project team regularly - Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes - Identifying end-to-end scenarios and code modularity Skills required: - Strong analytical, design, and coding skills using programming languages, such as Typescript/JavaScript - Experience in QA Testing of Data Lakes and related integrations with Data Lake - Experience in Automation around Data Lake testing is preferred. - Strong experience with Database/SQL - Strong experience in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, etc - Should have good Knowledge of BigQuery/GCP - Good understanding of continuous integration (CI) tools like Jenkins, Azure - Good understanding of source code management tools like GIT - Good understanding of the development life cycle of the software - Good aptitude and strong problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends - Accuracy and attention to data Thank & Regards Keshav Mishra Sr. Technical Recruiter 1(254)-279-0015 Job Type: Contract Pay: R$15.00 - R$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
