Mission
We are seeking a Community Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil, to join our regional accounts team and collaborate with clients across various sectors.
This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional in-office presence.
Requirements
Job Functions
* Manage and process data from the Sprinklr Social Listening tool.
* Build and maintain dashboards on PowerBI, Data Studio.
* Interpret data, translating it into relevant information and insights for the brand.
* Prepare monthly reports and handle additional demands as needed.
* Support Social CRM and assist the client in preparing FAQs and specific answers.
* Have a knowledge level of Sprinklr and PowerBI that allows creating queries, dashboards, tagging, and parameterization independently.
* 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
* Experience working with influencer marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis.
