We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering long-term, valuable relationships with existing and potential clients.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account on our platform.
As a key member of our team, your primary objective will be to assist in revenue-generating opportunities and provide exceptional support to ensure our partners' confidence in our platform.
The ideal candidate will possess direct response marketing knowledge, strategy implementation and negotiation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive and reactive problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, time management and planning expertise, above-average organization, and fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Help all accounts navigate our platform, including introducing new features, addressing issues, and providing value-added services.
* Proactively foster continued business growth by nurturing relationships and delivering unparalleled value.
* Communicate effectively with accounts through chat or video calls, ensuring issues are addressed promptly, and following up until resolutions are met.
* Work independently to achieve account satisfaction and collaborate with team members across departments when necessary.
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting based on assigned KPIs.
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features.
