Agile Team Facilitator
We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to support our clients with long-term projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience working with distributed teams.
About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on role, requiring a professional who is comfortable working with Scrum principles and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. As an Agile Team Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong collaboration and teamwork mindset. Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is also required.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
