As a Senior Internal Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This is a strategic liaison position that requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles who can leverage their expertise to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. They will analyze operational data, identify trends, and proactively solve issues to drive improvements in recruiting processes.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients. Native Portuguese language proficiency is a must, with fluent English skills. Spanish language skills are also an asset.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data, identify trends, and proactively solve issues to drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese language proficiency, with fluent English skills. Spanish language skills are also an asset.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
