Rate: $6.00 – $7.50 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits & Perks: Paid Time Off (PTO) for Vacation and U.S. Holidays$300 Referral Bonus for every successful candidate you referPerformance-Based BonusesYear-End Bonus (client-initiated) Healthcare Plan (for PH candidates)Perfect Attendance Bonus (for LATAM candidates)What You'll Do Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.KPI Oversight: Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for our provided list of publishers. What We're Looking For Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing.Tools: Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools, and experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.Technical Proficiency: Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office.Client Management: Experience working with multiple clients or brands is a plus.Detail-Oriented: You should be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality work on time.Schedule: Ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
