Lead Data Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the strategic vision and lead the development of advanced machine learning models and data-driven products.
* Manage a team of data scientists and engineers to create robust, scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions.
* Develop and implement high-impact data products, especially those focused on student audience segmentation and propensity models.
Data Science Strategy and Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ML/Data Scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
* Define the technical roadmap and best practices for all data science initiatives, focusing on model reliability, fairness, and interpretability.
* Direct the design, development, and implementation of high-impact data products, especially those focused on segmentation and propensity models.
Advanced Model and Algorithm Development
* Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for complex student audience analysis and AI-enabled career advising.
* Oversee the utilization of advanced machine learning techniques, including predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and natural language processing.
* Establish rigorous processes for model evaluation, optimization, and monitoring in production environments.
