Finance Specialist (Remote )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of French accounting standards, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Ensure compliance with French GAAP and local tax regulations
* Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
* Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
* Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Support payroll processing and expense management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales)
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 3–7 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
* Strong knowledge of French accounting standards and tax laws
* Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling)
* Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent in France like DCG/DSCG)
* Experience working in a remote or international environment
* Knowledge of IFRS standards
* Experience with ERP systems
