This is a remote, full-time contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.Monitor competitor activity (e.g., Lotte Fine Chemical, Ashland Cellulose Ether) to remain competitive and proactive in the market.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.Proven success managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Brazilian market.In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally, as needed.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive contract-based compensation structure.Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave eligibility.
