About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Training Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers in Frankfurt.
* You will analyze the training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site.
* You will initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required.
* You will organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* You will calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* You will support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
* You will follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
* You will ensure Learner Support Level 2.
Key Responsibilities:
The Training Operations Coordinator will work closely and in partnership with the customer's learning delivery team. They will report to the Training Operations Manager and be responsible for coordinating all local stakeholders for training session delivery.
Requirements:
* 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts.
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage.
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
