Agile Project Facilitator
Job Description:
The Agile Project Facilitator is responsible for facilitating the execution of Agile principles across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinates major project events including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
* Manages team calendars to ensure program-level cadence and collaboration.
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration among teams.
Coaching and Mentoring:
* Provides coaching on lean-agile principles to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
* Cultivates a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Risk and Impediment Management:
* Identifies, tracks, and resolves impediments and risks affecting project progress.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when necessary.
Flow and Value Optimization:
* Optimizes the flow of value across projects.
* Manages dependencies and ensures technical execution aligns with business strategy.
Requirements:
* Proficient in JIRA and Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Effectively communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
* Links business strategy to technical execution.
