HR Generalist (LATAM) at MM Invest AI
Role focuses on human resources generalist responsibilities across LATAM, including employee relations, onboarding, payroll & benefits, HR policies and compliance, and HR analytics to support business needs.
Responsibilities
* Daily HR Task Case Solving: address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance; maintain a log of daily HR cases and track resolution times for process improvement.
* Employee Onboarding: conduct pre-boarding activities; organize and facilitate orientation sessions; assign mentors or buddy programs; ensure IT, security, and administrative setups are completed before the first day; track new hire progress and engagement during the probation period.
* Employee Relations & Engagement: develop and implement engagement activities; conduct regular check-ins and feedback; act as a mediator in disputes; conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
* Training & Development for New Joiners: assess training needs; develop training materials; schedule and conduct trainings; evaluate effectiveness; maintain training records.
* Payroll & Benefits Management: process payroll accurately and timely; manage benefits; address discrepancies; stay updated on tax regulations and deductions; coordinate with finance for audits and reporting.
* Compliance & HR Policies (LATAM): ensure adherence to local labor laws; update policies; conduct compliance training; handle employment contracts, terminations, and workplace disputes; maintain documentation for audits.
* HR Analytics & Reporting: collect and analyze HR metrics; prepare reports and dashboards; use data-driven decision making; implement HR technology solutions to automate functions.
* Auditing Daily HR Cases: perform regular audits of HR records; review files and resolutions; identify trends and propose corrective actions; implement best practices for case management.
* SOP Creation: develop and update SOPs for HR functions; document onboarding, payroll, grievance handling; train staff on SOP adherence.
* Process Implementation & Improvement: identify gaps, implement best practices, automate tasks, monitor improvements in efficiency.
* Proficiency & Skills: HRMS and analytics tools, payroll & benefits platforms, knowledge of employment laws, data analysis (Excel or similar), process documentation, audit/compliance tracking, project management, strong communication, conflict resolution, empathy, adaptability, and discretion with confidential information.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools;
