Overview

Responsible for managing recruitment and selection services, supporting consultants in achieving their goals within Wyser’s Technology team in São Paulo. This role involves participating in processes across Brazil for both national and international clients.


As a Life Changer, you will:

* Support the entire recruitment and selection process through research, analysis, pre‑screening, interviews, and recommendations, always aiming for excellence.
* Make strategic decisions regarding recruitment approaches and outreach channels for each project, working in partnership with consultants to achieve the best results.
* Assist consultants in sourcing candidates to be introduced into the recruitment process for later client presentation.
* Prepare, edit, and publish job openings on LinkedIn and other channels for candidate applications.
* Source profiles (active and passive candidates), identify interview lists, and initiate first contact via phone before validating with the consultant prior to client presentation.
* Present candidate lists for consultant or client evaluation.
* Collect references (for both commercial and selection purposes) when required.
* Support consultants in scheduling interviews with candidates and clients throughout the selection process.
* Provide feedback to candidates and, when necessary, to clients to align expectations regarding process outcomes.
* Produce market candidate mapping reports based on client needs using the Hunting methodology.
* Assess candidates using “Assessment Center” tools and methodologies to validate behavioral profiles.
* Deliver “Employer Branding Campaigns” (Brand Awareness and Sourcing) using Wyser’s tools and methodologies in partnership with the Marketing department to strengthen brand presence among candidates and clients.
* If needed, deliver the “Global Talents” program for international mobility in partnership with other countries.
* Develop a network with candidates to strengthen strategic commercial relationships.
* Maintain long‑term relationships with stakeholders (clients and candidates) to foster loyalty.
* List potential clients for consultant outreach and source candidate resumes from alternative platforms.
* Present the most promising candidates to consultants for review, ensuring greater assertiveness.
* Support consultants in weekly outreach of key profiles to potential clients to align expectations.
* Track and monitor delivery KPIs using company reporting tools to validate metrics and goals.
* Update client and candidate information in CRM and ATS tracking systems to keep internal databases current.


What You Need to Be a Life Changer

* Advanced Excel required; Power BI is a plus.
* Experience with ATS platforms and AI tools.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Ability to design search fields and strategic funneling.
* Experience in executive market hunting and mapping is a plus.
