Scrum Master Facilitator
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assume the role of Scrum Master and facilitate Agile practices within our Product and Engineering environment. This individual will support multiple Scrum teams, working closely with Agile leadership to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable collaborating with distributed teams. They will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies.
* Develop and maintain high-quality documentation related to processes and procedures.
* Conduct regular meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Act as a liaison between Scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
