Scrum Master Role
A seasoned Scrum Master is sought to lead Agile delivery for a team focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Delivery & Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Provide clear status reporting and facilitate effective demos to showcase business value.
* Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and foster a culture of psychological safety.
* Project Leadership: Manage SFCC B2C implementation projects end-to-end, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD tools, and Scrum certifications
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS)
