Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our client's Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly desired. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar, and proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
