We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is also essential.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
 * Communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
 * Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools
 * Monitor and maintain endpoint security
Key Responsibilities:
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
 * Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Requirements:
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
