Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design solutions, architectures, workflows, and technical documentation aligned with product vision.
* Work closely with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
* Write detailed specifications, diagrams, and documentation to support development and implementation.
* Conduct research and review technologies to validate solutions.
* Engage stakeholders in reviews and refine deliverables based on feedback.
* Ensure technical completeness, documentation, and communication for seamless releases.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
* Microsoft Certified: Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
Core Skills & Experience
* 8+ years in software industry roles (architect, consultant, developer) with at least 2 years as a Technical Product Manager.
* Proficiency in .Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core), front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), APIs, REST, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and data modeling.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or willingness to learn.
* Experience in designing scalable, secure, high-performance solutions; integrating AI/ML is a plus.
Tools & Soft Skills
* Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, diagramming tools, Jira, Confluence, cloud services.
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, leadership, adaptability, and curiosity.
Nice to Have
* Experience in K12 education or nonprofit sectors, ERP systems, AI analytics, open-source contributions, relevant certifications.
