Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our voice across various social media platforms. This includes creating and maintaining a dynamic content calendar, developing multimedia content, and engaging with our audience.
About the Role
This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and closely collaborate with our Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Strategy: Plan, create, and maintain a dynamic content calendar that aligns with our brand.
* Creative Coordination: Develop or brief multimedia content to ensure consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Community Engagement: Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to transform interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Growth & Analysis: Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement, and regularly analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
