This position involves collaboration with global marketing, sales, and local technical teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities in the South American region.Main Responsibilities and Tasks:Event Management: Plan and manage both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful event delivery.Brand Ambassador: Serve as the brand ambassador for the region, ensuring that all regionalized marketing materials and activities consistently adhere to corporate brand guidelines and standards.Campaign Evolvement: Adapt and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies. Utilize digital platforms, industry events, and sales initiatives to maximize reach and impact.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on performance, engagement, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful project execution.Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and event execution. Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus), digital marketing tools, and business analytics.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
