Key Role in Kitchen Operations
A Senior Cook will play a crucial part in the production and organization of our kitchen's mise en place, supporting the Head Chef.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and maintain the mise en place of the kitchen
* Assist the Head Chef in various tasks
* Set up food stations for sales points
* Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under the guidance of a superior
* Store and check food expiration dates
* Support other departments as needed
* Communicate effectively during shift changes
