Your key responsibilities would be to:
- Communicate with customers in Portuguese, Spanish and English to identify and resolve customer issues
- Test product software and hardware and work with quality assurance to improve customer experience
- Provide product training to partners and customers
- Fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Hands-on knowledge of audio and computer technology
- Customer service experience
