Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (X)
Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Schedule and manage a content calendar using social media tools
Engage with comments, DMs, and community interactions
Paid Traffic Management
Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ads on:
Instagram & Facebook (Meta Ads)
Google Ads (Search & Display)
A/B test creatives and copy to improve ROI
Report key metrics weekly (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Email & SMS Campaigns
Create, edit, and optimize email and text sequences inGo High Level
Build automations for leads, quotes, follow-ups, and re-engagement
Ensure branding and tone consistency across all communication
Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Requirements
2+ years of experience with digital marketing and paid traffic
Solid experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook)
Experience usingGo High Levelfor campaigns and automations
Strong copywriting and design sense (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
English proficiency and availability to work US Eastern Time hours
Preferred Skills
Experience in service-based or home cleaning industries
Basic video editing skills for social media reels
Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
