We are seeking a skilled operations professional to provide comprehensive support to our structured product business and its customers.
 * Key responsibilities include:
Daily Tasks
 * Reconciling trade positions and cash flows, managing trade and notes lifecycles, sending trade confirmations and client statements, dealing with margin calls, paying agent, prime brokerage and settlements.
Requirements
 * Adept across the MS Office suite (ability to write macros/VBA and Python desirable).
 * Up to 3 years relevant experience in a similar middle office/operations role in financial service industry desirable but not compulsory.
 * Problem solving skills, meticulous eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, self-efficiency and influencing a positive work environment.
