Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Training Operations Coordinator to support our customer(s) in Frankfurt. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions and ensuring their proper execution.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required,
* Organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Exposure to an international work environment
* High-level understanding of the training landscape
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must
* Team player
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
