We are seeking an experienced Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving customer engagement and increasing lifetime value, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, and review channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for welcome series, winback, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and VIP journeys.
* Create advanced segmentation based on behavioral data, purchase frequency, and engagement.
* Personalize messaging using conditional logic and dynamic content across email and SMS.
You will also be responsible for managing Smile.io loyalty program setup, segmentation, and campaign execution, as well as overseeing review collection initiatives using apps like Judge.me or similar.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing for e-commerce or DTC brands.
* Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, and Smile.io.
* Strong knowledge of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and reporting.
* Experience running review request campaigns via post-purchase flows.
* HTML/CSS familiarity for customizing or debugging email templates.
