Lead Salesforce Implementation Team
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Salesforce implementation projects. As Director of Salesforce Implementation, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals across the US and LATAM in delivering exceptional results to our clients.
* Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor a cross-functional team, providing coaching, one-on-ones, growth planning, and performance management.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience. They should have strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation platforms (MCAE and MCE). The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and large-scale client engagements is also essential.
* Project Oversight: You will oversee all Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE), and integrations.
You must ensure that projects meet high quality standards and deliver measurable business value. This involves conducting regular project reviews to ensure progress scope alignment adherence to timelines monitoring time tracking utilization project budgets identifying trends addressing over burn or under delivery risks establishing refining delivery processes best practices standard operating procedures ensuring that escalations or complex project challenges receive strategic oversight intervention maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication alignment partnering with the Sales team during handoff ensuring smooth transition from scoping delivery developing maintaining predictable workflows governance frameworks improving reporting tracking project health timelines scope changes team utilization implementing tools templates documentation standards internal QA processes collaborating with leadership on forecasting hiring needs practice growth working closely with the Sales Customer Success Operations teams aligning throughout the client lifecycle participating in strategic planning service offering refinement productization of packages such as Jumpstart supporting revenue growth identifying upsell cross sell opportunities during implementation
