Product Visionary Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our founding team in Brazil. This is a high-impact role where you will have direct influence over the user experience and product decisions.
You will collaborate closely with our clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals. You will then translate these concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the core product experience from the ground up. You will work closely with real users to solve meaningful problems in patient care.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes. They will be proficient in advanced prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Origami.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow and goals
* Translate early concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
* Build the design foundation for future product development
Requirements:
* Based in Brazil and fluent in English
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
* Strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes
* Proficiency in advanced prototyping tools
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Strong ownership mentality

* Engineering experience developing SaaS applications
