Project Delivery Executive
We're seeking an experienced Project Delivery Executive to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
This hands-on role involves building and managing delivery plans, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion. You'll work closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, and task tracking.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading delivery for complex projects, experience working in agile environments, and strong communication skills. Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus.
About the Role
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks resolve blockers and adjust plans as priorities evolve
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments Scrum Kanban SAFe or similar
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
