 * This role involves developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with customers in the food ingredients and additives industry.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Drive sales growth through effective market development, customer maintenance, and sales management.
 * Market product offerings and promote sales within assigned regions to achieve sales targets.
 * Develop individualized sales plans, visit customers, and build new customer relationships as planned.
 * Gather and record customer information to establish comprehensive customer files.
 * Negotiate and sign sales contracts, coordinate implementation, and address any market-related issues that may arise.
 * Collaborate with internal and external resources to meet sales objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles within the food ingredients or additives industry; preference given to those with experience in the hydrocolloid sector.
 * Familiarity with the applications of hydrocolloid products, including carrageenan, agar, konjac gum, and blended solutions.
 * Proficiency in English language required; Chinese communication skills a plus.
 * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as proficiency in office software.
 * Strong commercial negotiation skills.
