Overview
Driver responsible for daily contact with a limited number of customers or internal parties, completing related administration or paperwork.
Responsibilities
* Execute pickups, deliveries, package verification processes, labeling and movement of packages, and related invoicing.
* Execute internal maneuvers.
* Provide necessary documentation regarding pickup, delivery and transfer of packages, delivery records, and vehicle condition.
* Ensure personal and general safety at all times by following company safety policies and procedures.
* Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with specific standards and corporate policies, ensuring cargo integrity.
* Maintain personal appearance, uniform, and vehicle condition.
* Work on different routes to cover teammates’ vacations.
* May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Elementary School diploma
Minimum Experience: 6 Months experience as Cargo Driver
Minimum Required Skills:
* Driver's License Type C, D or E - Maximum of 5 Points (fines).
* Have a MOPP course (within validity).
* Flexible Time required
* Have knowledge with tracking system (autotrac or similar).
* Possess knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards

* Team Working Skills
* Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32kgs) and to maneuver and single package weighing up to 150 lbs. (68kgs) with appropriate equipment.
