About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a large UX team supporting a leading US healthcare client .
You will design engaging web and mobile experiences using human-centered design principles while working within a structured design system.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into intuitive user-centered designs
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
Deliver high-quality UX/UI designs for web and mobile platforms
Ensure consistent design patterns across products
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
Use research insights and usability data to improve experiences
Support design initiatives for product enhancements
Requirements
7+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital product development
Strong skills in Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes
Experience designing B2B and B2C web & mobile applications
Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools
Experience working with Design Systems and Agile/Scrum teams
Knowledge of AI tools for design workflows
Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
Strong English communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and design process
