You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and development team to conceptualize, design, and implement custom web solutions that meet our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations. This role requires comfort using AI-assisted design workflows to support faster ideation, stronger creative exploration, improved UX thinking, and efficient delivery across modern website projects.Key Responsibilities● Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client goals.● Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and business objectives in order to create customized website designs that resonate with their audience.● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions to support rapid exploration and iteration.● Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other assets to enhance the overall aesthetic and user experience of websites, to meet BX Studio's standards for originality, quality, and brand fit.● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted design workflows to continually improve the quality and innovation of our web designs.● Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.● Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.● Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs for optimal user experience to identify patterns, summarize feedback, and support design improvements.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met effectively to improve speed, quality, and delivery efficiency.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.● Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma, with practical experience using AI-assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Relume, Framer AI, or similar tools.● Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for web usability and accessibility, content hierarchy, and UX improvements.● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers on both traditional and AI-enabled website experiences.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines to improve efficiency without compromising quality.● Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Webflow, with familiarity in Webflow, and Framer is considered a strong plus.● A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and responsible AI use in modern web design.Join our dynamic team and help us create exceptional web experiences that drive success for our clients!
