Role Description
The Secretary role is a full-time, on-site position located in São José, SC. The Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, handling company secretarial duties, providing executive administrative assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and maintaining documents, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and interaction
Experience in company secretarial work and support for organizational operations
Proficiency in executive administrative assistance tasks such as calendar management, meeting preparation, and task prioritization
Customer service skills to manage inquiries and foster positive relationships
Proficiency in using office software and tools
Relevant educational background or certifications in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field
