We’re looking for a dedicated Financial Crime (FinCrime) Reporting Specialist to join our FinCrime Reporting team. Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) is essential. Your mission is to protect our customers and Wise by reporting suspicious activity.

Responsibilities
* Review and analyse customer accounts and transaction patterns for unusual or suspicious activity; identify red flags related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
* Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports, ensuring all details are documented and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Stay up-to-date on financial crime regulations, laws, regional best practices, and reporting requirements.
* Safeguard confidential information; handle all reports and documentation with confidentiality and integrity.
* Participate in training and remain knowledgeable about emerging trends and tools in financial crime detection.
Qualifications
* Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent writing and speaking abilities in both languages.
* Experience: Prior experience in AML, fraud detection, or related financial crime fields is a plus but not required; highly detail-oriented and eager to learn candidates are welcome.
* Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to handle routine tasks with high accuracy and maintain consistency under pressure.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial transactions, identify patterns, and make informed risk-based decisions.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for drafting clear, detailed reports.
* Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities with precision.
* Ethical Integrity: Understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in financial crime investigations.
