As a Marketing Manager - Community Outreach Specialist, you will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to regions where they are needed most.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Creating campaigns to attract patients to newly settled doctors and healthcare organizations
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Running digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to build awareness and trust
* Managing content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Possession of hands-on/technical skills as well as management abilities
* Flexibility with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
