Role Overview
We're hiring a
Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor & Animator
to take ownership of creative output across both static and motion formats. This role is perfect for a strong mid- to senior-level designer who wants to step into more responsibility, manage end-to-end projects, and deliver polished work that meets client-level expectations.
You'll work across brand identity, campaign creative, decks, and light motion graphics—partnering closely with leadership to turn ideas into visuals that inspire and convert. The right candidate will bring strong design intuition, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal direction.
This isn't just about executing tasks—it's about owning the creative process, producing near-final work from the first round, and helping shape the visual standards of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Design static and motion assets for paid campaigns, social media, decks, newsletters, pitch materials, and brand refreshes
Lead visual execution on client rebrands, logo development, and identity systems
Apply and evolve brand guidelines to maintain consistency across platforms
Build and polish presentation decks (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint) that combine strategy with strong visual appeal
Create short-form animations and motion graphics (bumpers, lower thirds, GIFs, social ads)
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate briefs into high-quality visual outcomes
Mentor junior creatives when needed and help strengthen internal processes
Must-Have:
3–7 years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced brand environment
Strong portfolio showcasing
brand identity, campaign creative, and motion design
(static + animated assets)
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
Experience designing brand kits, logos, and identity systems
Motion design ability: transitions, lower thirds, animated ads, and light compositing
Ability to create polished, visually strong presentation decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote)
Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal handholding
Availability to work
full-time PST hours (non-negotiable)
Nice-to-Have:
Light video editing experience (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
Experience across education, health, or nonprofit sectors
Mentorship experience or ability to guide junior creatives
Comfort suggesting process improvements and optimizing workflows
What Success Looks Like (30-60-90 Days)
30 Days:
Complete onboarding and deep dive into brand guidelines and project pipelines
Own 1–2 design briefs independently with minimal revisions
Build rapport with leadership and contribute to creative feedback cycles
60 Days:
Take full ownership of creative deliverables across multiple clients
Streamline revision processes and reduce feedback cycles
Lead or co-lead a rebrand initiative or client deck revamp
90 Days:
Fully embedded as the lead designer and visual anchor for the team
Deliver 3–4 polished creative packages weekly with limited revisions
Act as a creative partner in campaign direction and visual innovation
Build scalable design systems and resources for long-term growth
