Job Description
Our organization is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. They will also have strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery. You will apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
Maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components is an essential part of this role. You will also incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Supporting marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content, is a key responsibility.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who has:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup
Nice to Have
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams
