We are looking for a strong Partner Lead to build and scale TVU’s content creator ecosystem across Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role focused on developing partnerships with agencies, creators, production partners, and resellers, while driving revenue growth across hardware, connectivity, and self-served Saa S solutions.
Based in Latin America (fully remote), reporting to the VP of Content Creator Unit, you will act as the local engine of growth, helping partners succeed, unlocking new markets, reducing operational friction, and ensuring creators can adopt TVU seamlessly.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, market development, and community building.What You'll Do
Recruit and activate partners (agencies, resellers, production, creator networks)
Drive revenue across packs, data, support and mobile apps.
Support partners through deals, logistics, and deployments
Build relationships with top creators and emerging talent
Identify growth opportunities and execute locally
Help solve operational and market entry challenges
