* Experience: 10+ years in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
* Localization: Deep expertise in Brazil-specific requirements (Nota Fiscal, SPED, CFOP, CST)
* Tools: Oracle LATAM Add-on (LAD), Synchro, GSF, Mastersaf
